01 Initial Briefing

 

We meet with your project team to discuss the scope of work, your preferred procurement method, where the team is up to, and any known barriers to progresses which need to be overcome.  

 

02  Engagement

 

A letter of engagement summarising the project, the services, our fees, and payment matters is prepared and issued to you for sign-off prior to getting started.

 

03  Detailed Brief

 

A brief is prepared documenting a detailed description of the project, its components, enabling works, budget, program, preferred procurement method, incumbent consultant engagements, nominated consultants and documentation required by your stakeholders to deliver the project. 

 

04  Analysis

Based on our know-how, we identify the gaps in your project delivery method and stakeholder relationships so unforeseen barriers to progress can also be identified early. Recommendations as to how to manage these issues will be provided. 

 

05  De-risking

We marshal your remotely located stakeholders and leverage our relationships with the legal community and building industry to focus attention, incentivise progress, and limit the time spent documenting and de-risking your project.

 

06  Delivery

Throughout this process, we keep you informed as to the status of your project’s evolving risk profile so that you can get on with the job and weather the scrutiny of your high-profile stakeholders.
